We've started to deliver lots of Accelerate for SharePoint and OneDrive and even though we get varying results due to the bandwidth size our customers select, we're on average improving their access and download speeds by 500%. The larger the Internet link the faster we can get you to you applications. 
Its also especially effective for customers that have opted for the full online suite for 0365 and start the day having to download their mail box. Depending on the size of the link we can see improvements in that initial download of up to 20x faster than over the Internet.
